At this time Dr. Levy's schedule allows him to speak several times a year to various groups. The greater advance notification given, the more likely a date can be booked.

The fees required for a speaking engagement are as follows:

· Lecture lasting one to two hours: $500 plus travel and lodging
·
Extended seminar lasting three to five hours: $1000 plus travel and lodging
·
All-day seminar lasting seven to nine hours: $2000 plus travel and lodging
